Clinical records for active or former clients of Mantra Psychotherapy are managed separately from this Privacy Policy and are stored securely through Jane App (jane.app), a Canadian-based practice managementplatform. Clinical data is governed by our Client Consent and PrivacyAgreement, which all clients sign prior to commencing services, andis subject to the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA)in Ontario, Canada.
Client records are retained for a minimum of ten (10) years following thelast date of service, in accordance with the requirements of PHIPA.

Personal information collected through website forms (general inquiries) is retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter for administrative purposes. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics and cookie data is retained in accordance with the data retention settings of the applicable third-party provider (typically 26 months for Google Analytics).
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include secure HTTPS encryption on our Site, restricted access to form submission data, and confidentiality obligations binding all team members and associates.
While we take all reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the Internet is entirely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through our Site.
