Tyler is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who practices through a Gestalt lens – a body-centered approach that draws on the present moment, experiential exploration, and an active, engaged relationship between therapist and client. He meets people in their lived experience, consistently attuning to the signals of the body and the flow of the process, so that both therapist and client can move through whatever is arising with presence and awareness. In a world that often pulls us to move faster and faster, Tyler offers a steady place to pause, slow down, and view things from a different perspective, creating space to discern what truly supports growth and healing. His way of working is gentle yet clear, helping clients face challenges with honesty and compassion. His presence brings grounding and calm, much like a lavender field in bloom. In session, he invites clients into a collaborative journey—scattering the seeds of experience into the air and watching, together, where they may land.
Tyler works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, family relationships, and partner dynamics, as well as those exploring sexuality, love, and connection outside of cisheteronormative or monogamist frameworks.
