Tyler Fleming
Hi, I'm Tyler. I practice through a Gestalt lens. This is a body-centred, present-moment approach. It's a bit different from traditional talk therapy. Instead of just analyzing the past, we focus on what's happening right now. That includes your body, your emotions, and the space between us. This is our starting point for growth and healing.
In a world that rarely slows down, I offer a place to pause. My presence is calm and grounding. My way of working is gentle but honest. Together, we create enough safety to face the hard things, and enough clarity to actually move through them.
Here's what I can help with:
- Anxiety & Depression — Slow down enough to understand what's underneath. Find a steadier way forward.
- Relationships & Family Dynamics — Explore the patterns in your closest connections. See what they're telling you.
- Sexuality & Relationship Structures — A genuinely open, affirming space. Explore connection, love, and identity outside traditional frameworks.
- Present-Moment Awareness — Tune into your body as a source of wisdom, not just stress.
Gestalt therapy is experiential and collaborative. We work together in the moment, following what emerges rather than sticking to a rigid agenda. Sessions tend to feel alive, embodied, and real.
I'm currently taking new clients for virtual therapy across Ontario. If a slower, more present, and deeply human approach to therapy resonates with you, I'd love to connect.
