Sometimes we encounter challenges that can be addressed in just a few sessions. We will work with you to decide if your issue is best suited for this type of approach. If you then decide that you need ongoing support, we will be happy to continue working with you to meet your needs.

Ongoing Therapy

Many problems require ongoing support. This can look like weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions. However, if you find that you require support more or less frequently than this, we will be happy to accommodate. We will work with you to decide the frequency of sessions and length of time you may need support for.
